With payroll via Flex Impuls, you always know where you stand. We use a fixed conversion factor applied to your employee’s gross hourly wage. No hidden costs—just clear agreements.

How Does It Work?

Gross hourly wage × conversion factor = total hourly cost (excl. VAT)

Example

An employee with a gross hourly wage of €14.06 will cost you:
€14.06 × 1.8 = €25.31 per hour (excl. VAT)
